If you send an item request, we receive the item you are looking for, any device model or extra details you provide, your name if you choose to include it, and the phone number or email address you give us so we can reply.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use your request and contact details to review what you are looking for, check availability or sourcing, and respond to you. Sending a request does not confirm a price, stock, or purchase.
Who handles your request
Your request is handled by O-BEST Link Communication. The website is hosted by Vercel, and request emails are sent using Resend to the shop’s personal Gmail inbox, which is accessible only to the owner. Resend’s published policy says it retains email content, metadata, delivery events, logs, and metrics for 30 days. The shop plans to delete inquiry emails from Gmail after 30 days. Gmail moves deleted messages to Trash, where they can remain recoverable for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner; Gmail may then permanently delete them. The shop may retain information longer only where reasonably needed for a legal or legitimate business reason.
The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Vercel processes technical information to host and protect the website, which may include request time, page or endpoint, response status, browser details, and network information. The owner confirmed that Vercel Build Logs and Source Protection is enabled; the Vercel project currently uses the Hobby plan, whose published runtime-log retention is one hour. Build logs are stored indefinitely, but are protected from public access by the enabled setting. Vercel also has a 30-day deployment-retention policy for this project; this applies to deployment files, not Gmail messages. Providers may process other operational data under their own policies.
Fonts and external links
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve them. Links to services such as Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which handle information under their own privacy terms.
